  • Personalised 1:1 ritual experiences (in-person or online)

All offerings are created with care, intention, and cultural grounding.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in ISK (Icelandic Króna) unless otherwise stated. Some offerings (such as 1:1 sessions) may be displayed in USD for international accessibility.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (such as Teya or Stripe). Mystic Nordica does not store payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not received, declined, or flagged as fraudulent.

In the case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

4. Contract Formation

A binding agreement is formed when you complete a purchase and receive confirmation via email.

5. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

We ship from Iceland. Shipping costs vary depending on destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

Mystic Nordica is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been shipped.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our handcrafted, digital, and session-based offerings:

All sales are final, except where required by applicable law.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Physical products
  • Digital downloads
  • 1:1 ritual experiences

We invite you to purchase mindfully and reach out with any questions before placing your order.

Right of Withdrawal (EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, by purchasing digital content or booking a service that begins within this period, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the service has been fully performed.

7. 1:1 Ritual Experience Policy

By booking a 1:1 ritual experience, you agree to the following:

These sessions are experiential and intention-based. They are designed to support reflection, connection, and emotional awareness.

They are not a substitute for:

  • Medical care
  • Psychological therapy
  • Legal or financial advice

You acknowledge that:

  • You are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
  • Participation is voluntary
  • Results are not guaranteed

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.

Mystic Nordica reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if it is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the scope of the offering.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during 1:1 sessions will be treated with care and respect.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

9. Digital Products & Access

Digital products are delivered via email or download link after purchase.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address.

All digital content is for personal use only. Redistribution, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited.

10. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring access to:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A compatible device
  • Required platforms (e.g. Zoom, email)

Mystic Nordica is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s side.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, branding, guides, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Mystic Nordica.
