- Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- We ship from Iceland; shipping costs vary by location (Europe, USA, or elsewhere).
- Customers are responsible for any customs/import duties.
- We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once shipped.
- Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our handcrafted and digital work:
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on physical products or digital downloads.
